Email analytics you can trust
See what was delivered, opened and clicked for every campaign and every step of every flow, which links people chose, and how your list is growing. Numbers come from real events, and we tell you what each one can and can’t prove.
Honest numbers, explained
Delivered means the receiving mail server accepted the email. Opens are counted when the email’s images load: some apps load them automatically (Apple Mail Privacy Protection does), and others block them, so opens are a useful trend rather than an exact count. Clicks are the most reliable sign of interest, because a person had to act.
Bounces are split into hard (the address doesn’t exist, so it is suppressed at once) and soft (a temporary problem, retried). Complaints are people who pressed “spam”; they are suppressed too, and the rate is watched for your whole workspace.
We don’t invent revenue figures or estimate numbers we can’t measure.

Questions and answers
Why is my open rate higher than I expected?
Some email apps open every message automatically to protect privacy, which counts as an open. Compare campaigns with each other rather than with other companies, and rely on clicks for decisions.
Can I see sales from an email?
With UTM tags switched on, campaign traffic shows up in your website analytics, where you can see sales. If your store is connected, purchase events also appear on each contact’s timeline.
How long are results kept?
Results stay available for as long as you keep the campaign and contacts.
