Email marketing for online shops
Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce store and your customers, orders and checkouts flow in automatically. Recover abandoned checkouts, thank first-time buyers and bring back customers who haven’t ordered in a while.
Your store’s data, working in your email
Once your store is connected, each customer becomes a contact, and every order and checkout is recorded as an event on their timeline. That means you can:
- Start flows from store events, like Started checkout without a matching Placed order;
- Build segments from purchases, like “ordered three times” or “hasn’t ordered in 120 days”;
- Personalise emails with names and properties from your store.
Customers who opt in at checkout are added with their consent recorded; customers who don’t are kept as contacts but not emailed with marketing.
The flows that pay for themselves
Set these up in your first week, in this order.
-
Step 1: Abandoned checkout
One hour after a checkout is left, a friendly reminder with the items; a second the next day.
-
Step 2: Welcome
For new subscribers: who you are, your best sellers and, if you use them, a first-order code.
-
Step 3: Post-purchase
Thank first-time buyers, explain care or use, and ask for a review two weeks later.
-
Step 4: Win-back
For customers who haven’t ordered in a while: what’s new since their last order.

Questions and answers
Which store platforms are supported?
Shopify and WooCommerce connect natively. Other platforms can send customers and orders through the API, or through Zapier or Make.
Will existing customers be emailed automatically?
No. Only customers who agreed to marketing email are subscribed. Everyone else is kept for transactional context and segmentation, but not sent campaigns.
How quickly do abandoned checkouts arrive?
Store webhooks arrive within seconds; a checkout counts as abandoned once the waiting time (an hour by default) passes without an order.
